This is an application for regular bail.

The applicant came to be arrested in Crime No. 84 of 2024 registered at Kamothe Police Station, Dist- Navi Mumbai for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 201 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 66(C)A and 66(D) of the Information Technology Act. 3.
I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent/State and perused the charge-sheet.

The allegations of cheating and defrauding the complainant to the extent of Rs.21,71,721/- are attributed to the co-accused and not to the present applicant. In Pramod S.Lakare
919-BA-4469-2024.doc that view of the matter, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail. In the result, the following order is passed:

A] The Application is allowed.
B] The applicant be released on cash bail of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) in Crime No. 84 of 2024 registered at Kamothe Police Station, DistNavi Mumbai for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 201 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 66(C)A and 66(D) of the Information Technology Act.
