Heard Learned Counsel for the Applicant for some time, she submits that there is inconsistency in the material placed before the Trial Court in the charge sheet with regard to the mentioning of crime number in the log book when as per the case of the prosecution during the course of patrolling, the Applicant was found and searched. She relies upon the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Criminal Appeal No. 424 of 2009 - Kamaljit Singh Vs. State of Punjab in order to argue that the First Information Report number could not have been referred on seizure and search panchanama, since it is recorded subsequently. In the very same order, however it is observed that the said discrepancy Mandar M.

Learned Counsel is called upon to argue as to whether it would be a matter of Trial or the said issue can be considered at the stage of bail.
