The learned APP, on instructions, submits that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 13.12.2024, respondent No.2 is intimated about filing of the present application and today's date of hearing, however, she has informed to the investigating officer that she is not in a position to engage private Advocate. 2.

Advocate Ms Vilasini Balasubramanian from the Legal Aid Panel is appointed to represent the respondent No.2. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicant shall supply copy of application to the appointed Advocate.
