This is an application for regular bail.

The applicant came to be arrested in Crime No. I-111 of 2024 registered with Satpur Police Station, District : Nashik, for the offences punishable under Sections 307 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to the prosecution, on the date of incident which took place on 27.04.2024, the present applicant and other co-accused assaulted the injured Ram Manohar Patil by Koyata, iron rod and attempted to commit his murder. by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:

I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.P.P. for the Respondent-State and perused the statement of the injured.

The main allegations are against the wife of the present applicant. However, it appears that she is not an accused. Be that as it may, the applicant is in jail approximately for nine months. There are no other criminal antecedents. In that view of the matter, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Bail Application is allowed;

(ii) The applicant is directed to be released on bail in connection with Crime No. I-111 of 2024 registered with Satpur Police Station, District : Nashik, for the offences punishable under Sections 307 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount;

(iii) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station once in a month on first Saturday of the month between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. till conclusion of trial; (iv) Application stands disposed of accordingly.
