This Court, by an order dated 4th November 2023 directed the Trial Court to record the evidence of child witness within six months from the date of order furnished on record. However, it appears that the order has not been complied with. 2.

The Trial court shall submit an explanation as to why the order dated 4th November 2023 has not been complied with. The Trial Court shall comply with the order dated 4th November 2023, and the report shall submit within three weeks from today. 3.

The victim is requested for legal assistance to represent him. Considering this request, the Legal Services Authority of this Court shall appoint a suitable Advocate from their panel to represent the

The appointed advocate shall take instructions and be ready with the facts and law involved in the application on the next date. 5.

It is made clear that no adjournment shall be granted on the next occasion and the application shall be decided finally. 6.
