In view of the order dated 27th November, 2024, the complainant is present in the Court. The Complainant represent and espouses the cause of the victim who is arrayed as Respondent No.2 before the Court. She seeks legal aid.

I am inclined to appoint Ms. Priyanka B. Chavan, learned Advocate and Counsel practicing in this Court to represent and espouse the cause of the private Respondent No.2-complainant through the Legal Aid.

The High Court Legal Services Committee of this Court is
