In this application, as far back as on 21.11.2024, this Court had granted time of three weeks to the respondent-State to file reply affidavit, particularly in the backdrop of the fact that offences under the Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act, 1999 are also registered in the present case. Till date, the reply affidavit is not filed.

The learned counsel for the applicant is pressing for relief, inter alia, on the ground of parity with co-accused Harish Krishnappa Digitally signed by PRIYA KAMBLI Date:
