The application is filed seeking regular bail in Crime No.420 of 2024 registered with Panvel City Police Station for an offence punishable under sections 370(2) r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 r/w sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.

We have perused the statement of the victim. It does not reflect the victim's statement that she was forced by the applicant in the act of sexuality. Rather victims who are major, appears to have been voluntarily participated in the same.

Hence, the following order:-

ORDER

i.

The Criminal Bail Application is allowed and disposed of.

ii.

The applicant is released on bail in connection with Crime No.420 of 2024 registered with Panvel City police station on his furnishing PR Bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.

iii.

The applicant/accused shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case, as also shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.

iv.

The applicant on his release shall not set his foot in the jurisdiction of Panvel City police station till the charge is framed.
