Heard learned Advocate for the Applicant, learned A.P.P for Respondent No.1-State and learned Retainer Counsel for Respondent No.2-CBI.
2) At the outset, learned Advocate for the Applicant tendered across the bar a medical certificate issued by Platinum Diagnostic Center which shows that the father of the Applicant is suffering from 'PROMINENT BRONCHOVASCULAR MARKINGS SEEN IN BOTH LUNG FIELDS' etc.

3) Learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that in view of the Order dated 5th November 2024, the Applicant has complied with necessary police procedure to travel to Ahmedabad, but the said procedure took considerable time. As a result, the Applicant could start his journey in the intervening night of 7th November 2024 and 8th November 2024, and reached Ahmedabad today i.e. 8th November 2024, at around 4.00 pm. Learned Advocate further submits that as per the Order dated 5th November 2024, the Applicant is required to be brought back to the Jail by 5.00 pm of 10th November, 2024. As such, the Applicant will not be able to remain with his father for 48 hours, as permitted by the Order dated 5th November 2024. Relying on the aforesaid medical certificate she submits that the medical condition of the father of the Applicant is very critical. Therefore, learned Advocate for the Applicant requested to extend time by one day, to bring back the Applicant to the Jail by 5.00 pm of 11th November, 2024.
4) In view of the aforesaid submissions, learned Retainer Counsel Mr.Patil submitted that necessary order may be passed in the interest of justice.
5) Having regard to the aforesaid submissions, the time to bring back the Applicant is extended by one day. Accordingly, the Applicant shall be brought back to Yerwada Central Prison, Pune by 5.00 pm of 11th November, 2024.

6) The police escorting the Applicant shall not allow the Applicant to talk with his wife or his family members privately. The said police to take note of these directions.
