On the other hand the learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is in jail for more than four years and the prosecution has examined only two witnesses. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances, list the application on 10th June, 2025. If the trial is not concluded by next date, this court will be constrained to release the applicant on bail.
