Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

Learned APP submits that the applicant has preferred an application for bail before the Court of Session as well.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the said application is preferred only for temporary bail to attend the marriage of the brother of the applicant.

This is a second application for bail. Learned Counsel submits that the applicant has taken the ground of long period of incarceration without a real prospect of expeditious conclusion of the trial. 5.

Learned APP to take instructions regarding the stage and the progress of the proceedings in the trial.
