502-BA-4554-2024.doc as "Shrikant Rajendra Kale" and in police report his name as mentioned as "Shrikant alias SK Rajendra Kale", and as such amendment is sought.

In view of the submissions of learned counsel for the Applicant, leave as prayed for, is granted.

Necessary amendment be carried out forthwith. 6.

After amendment, necessary corrections be carried out in the cause-title of the order dated 28th January,2025 by which the bail application was disposed of and corrected order be uploaded on official website.
