The prayer is for grant of temporary bail on medical ground. 2.

The applicant came to be apprehended for an offence punishable under sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. This Court vide order dated 5th September, 2024 by recording sufficient reasons rejected the prayer for bail on merits.

The only reason cited for grant of temporary bail on medical ground is that the applicant having undergone the orthopedic surgery. 4.

We hardly see any reason to consider and grant the request of the applicant particularly with an appropriate medical aid is already PRIYA RAJESH SOPARKAR provided by the jail authorities.
