Heard Ms. Charania, learned Advocate for Applicant in Bail Application No.4580 of 2024; Mr. Pethe, learned APP for Respondent in Bail Application No.4580 of 2024; Mr. Sarpande, learned Advocate for Applicant in Bail Application No.5193 of 2024 and Mr. Dedhia, learned APP for Respondent in Bail Application No.5193 of 2024. 2.

Pursuant to the directions contained in the order dated

19.BA.4580.2024+41.BA.5193.2024.doc 10.02.2025 in Bail Application No.4580 of 2024, prima facie Mr. Pethe, learned APP would persuade the Court to consider the alleged discrepancy which is noted by the Court in paragraph No.2 of the previous order as typographical mistakes / error.

Mr. Pethe, learned APP would submit that he has taken instructions and there appears to be prima facie dichotomy. He would persuade the Court to allow prosecution to file appropriate Affidavit to explain the same and thereafter pass the appropriate order in the present Bail Application.

4.

The Affidavits are directed to be filed within a period of three weeks from today making it clear that if said Affidavits are not filed Court will pass orders in the present Bail Applications in accordance with law. A copy of Affidavits be supplied in advance to learned Advocates for Applicants.
