Mr. Karmakar would submit that the charge has been framed on 28.01.2025 according to the instructions received by him. However he does not have copy of the charge.

Learned APP shall place the copy of charge framed by the Trial Court before this Court to enable this Court to consider the present Bail Application dehors the minor victim being implicated in the present case.
