Since offences under the provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 are also registered in the present case, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to add the victim as a respondent. 3.

Hence, leave is granted to amend the application to add victim as respondent No.2, by appropriately concealing her identity and address. The amendment shall be carried out within one week from today. 4.

Issue notice to newly added respondent No.2, returnable on 10th January, 2025, "High on Board."
