This is an application for regular bail.

The applicant came to be arrested in Crime No. 467 of 2023 registered with Vani Police Station, Nashik for the offences punishable under Sections 364, 302, 120-B, and 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 4 read with Section 25 of the Indian Arms Act, and Section 37 read with 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act.

The bail is sought on the ground of parity.

In support of submission, the learned counsel for the applicant has produced on record the orders passed by this Court dated 27th September, 2024 in Criminal Bail Application No.2189 of Zeenat Pathan
48-BA-4604-24.doc 2024 and 15th October 2024 in Criminal Bail Application No.1874 of 2024.

I have perused the orders passed by this Court and the statement of alleged eye-witness. There is no reference of the present applicant in the statement of alleged eye-witnesses. In that view of the matter, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail. In the result following order is passed:
ORDER
a.
The Bail Application is allowed.
b.
The applicant is directed to be released on bail in connection with Crime No. 467 of 2023 registered with Vani Police Station, Nashik for the offences punishable under Sections 364, 302, 120-B, and 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 4 read with Section 25 of the Indian Arms Act, and Section 37 read with 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act, on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount;
c.
The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station twice in a month i.e. on 1st and 3rd Saturday between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. till conclusion of the trial.
