This is an Application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking Regular Bail in connection with C.R.No.300 of 2024 registered with Wadala T.T. Police Station. 4.

I am inclined to appoint Ms. Gargi Warunjikar, (Mobile No.9820887345), through the High Court Legal Aid Services Committee of this Court to represent and espouse the cause of Respondent No.2 forthwith.

The High Court Legal Aid Services Committee of this Court is directed to give appointment letter and papers of the matter to Advocate Ms. Warunjikar forthwith in accordance with law to represent and espouse the cause of Respondent No.2 through the Legal Aid.

As also, Rajput, learned Advocate for Applicant is directed to serve a copy of the Bail Application on Ms. Warunjikar, Advocate appointed to represent Respondent No.2.

Appointed Advocate is directed to take instructions from Respondent No.2 and get prepared in the matter. 8.

Investigating Officer is directed to give the number and mobile number of the appointed Advocate to Respondent No.2 / her legal guardian.

Let the above exercise be carried out within a period of one week from today.
