By the present Application, Applicant is seeking bail in connection with C.R. No.291 of 2023 registered with Khed Police Station, Pune, registered under Sections 302, 307, 201, 143, 144, 147, 148, 149 of the IPC. Said crime is registered as Sessions Case No.95 of 2023 and is pending before the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Khed-Rajgurunagar, Pune.

After having heard the matter for some time and this Court having expressed its view of not being inclined to entertain the bail application, Mr. Shailesh Chavan, learned Advocate for the Applicant, sought a pass over.

After some time, at the request of Mr. Shailesh Chavan, the matter was taken up. He, on instructions from the Applicant, craves leave to withdraw the present bail application, with liberty Digitally signed by NIKITA KAILAS DARADE Date:
