This is an Application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking Regular Bail in connection with C.R.No.195 of 2022 registered with Nayanagar Police Station, Thane for the offences punishable under Sections 376-D, 328, 377, 342, 506 and 114 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 4 and 5 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956. 4.

Issue notice to Respondent No.2. Humdast permitted. 5.

Ms. Gajare - Dhumal, learned APP waives service on behalf of Respondent No.1 - State.

Additional copy of the Bail Application shall be filed in the Department by the Advocate for Applicant.
