The applicant before me is indicted for possession of intermediate quantity of contraband Ganja; learned Advocate for the Applicant would persuade me to consider that. In that view of the matter rigour of Section 37 will not apply. Considering the incarceration of the Applicant in jail since 27th March, 2024 he seeks regular bail.

Prosecution shall take notice of the above fact and make appropriate submissions on the next adjourned date. 5.
