This is an Application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking Regular Bail in connection with C.R.No.304 of 2021 registered with Nerul Police Station. 4.

Ms. Shaikh has drawn my attention to the order dated 21.11.2024. She would inform the Court that the said order has been complied with.

In that view of the matter, one spare copy of the Application shall be given to the Investigating Officer who is directed by this Court

50.BA.4658.24.doc to depute a lady police officer and obtain Respondent No.2's consent for legal representation so that appropriate order can be passed on the next adjourned date for appointment of Legal Aid Advocate to represent and espouse the cause of Respondent No.2. 6.

Let the above exercise be carried out on or before 10th February 2025.
