Heard Mr. Vagal, learned advocate for the Applicant. He states that Minakshi Somnath Vakade (now deceased) complaint of burn injuries on 26th May 2022. She was admitted to the hospital. After treatment, she was discharged on 10th June 2022. He further states that she expired on 15th July 2022. He submits that there is no proximity or nexus to the injuries alleged to have been inflicted on 26th May 2022 to the cause of death of the deceased. 2.

Ms. Shinde, learned APP for the Respondent State submits that the final cause of death opinion is awaited from the medical experts. On instructions from the Investigating Officer she states that Harish
