This is an application for regular bail.

The applicant came to be arrested in C.R. No.193 of 2024 registered with Wadner Khakurdi Police Station, Nashik rural for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 326, 323, 504, 506 and 201 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code. 3.
Learned A.P.P. seeks time to take instructions. 4.
The learned counsel for the applicant, however, submits that there is marriage of the sister of the present applicant on 18.01.2025. It is submitted that before the Trial Court, the complainant has given no objection for releasing the applicant on bail. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that there are no other criminal antecedents against the present applicant. It is thus submitted that the applicant be released on interim bail to attend the marriage of his sister. Zeenat Pathan

I have perused the order passed by the Trial Court. It appears that the injured has stated that he has no objection if the applicant is released on bail.

The learned counsel for the applicant shall implead the complainant/injured as party-respondent to the present application. Necessary amendment shall be carried out forthwith.

Issue notice to the complainant/respondent, returnable on 4th February 2025.

In addition to the Court notice, the concerned Investigating Officer shall intimate about the filing of the present application and the next date of hearing to the complainant/respondent.

Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to release the applicant on interim bail. 10.
The applicant shall be released on cash bail of Rs.15,000/- for a period of one week.
11.
