Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that to show the bonafides of the Applicant, he is ready to deposit Rs.10,00,000/- before the trial Court. Leave granted to deposit the amount. Learned counsel further submitted that the Applicant is ready to file undertaking along with schedule before this Court about repayment of the amount of investors and he will file undertaking Shantanu S. Dhudum 1/2

48-BA-4708-2024 (CR).doc that he will not sale his house and vehicles attached by the police. Learned counsel further submitted that the direction be given to the Jail Authority to permit the Applicant to sign on the undertaking.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the Applicant, the Jail Authority is directed to permit the Applicant to sign on the undertaking.
