Ms. Savvy Kolhekar, learned Advocate for the Applicant, has circulated a praecipe dated 21st July, 2025 pointing out to a typographical error in paragraph No.1 of the order dated 18th July, 2025 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.4710 of 2024, wherein the name of Mr. Kuldeep U. Nikam is wrongly typed instead of the name of Mr. Aniket Vagal. Ms. Anamika Malhotra, learned APP for the State, agrees to the said corrections as suggested by Ms. Kolhekar. 2.

In view of the above, delete the name of 'Mr. Kuldeep U. Nikam' in paragraph No.1 and substitute the same by 'Mr. Aniket Vegal'. 3.
