Mr. Aniket Vagal, learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that one of the ground on which the Applicant would press bail in the present application is illegal detention of the Applicant. He submits that averments have been incorporated in the application as and by way back as 16.01.2025.

Ms. M. H. Mhatre, learned APP for the State, seeks a short adjournment so as to take instructions from the Investigation Officer and to respond to the amendment. Mr. Aniket Vagal objects to the said adjournment.
