Heard Mr. Narayan Bubna, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Mr. Sukanta Karmakar, learned APP for the Respondent-State.

By the present Application the Applicant has sought for the following relief in terms of prayer clause (B) :- "B. The petitioner be released on Bail in connection with the crime registered by Ramzanpura Police Station, Malegaon for the offences registered under Section 8(c) and 22(c) of the NDPS Act, 1985 of I.P.C. on the basis of the complaint lodged by Sachin Harishchandra Varade, Police Naik and he be released on Bail in the said crime on such Vivekanand

After having heard the matter for some time, Mr. Narayan Bubna, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant, craves leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the Trial Court in the event of change in circumstances.

Mr. Sukanta Karmakar, learned APP for the RespondentState, does not oppose the request made by Mr. Narayan Bubna. 5.
In view of the statement made by Mr. Narayan Bubna, leave is granted to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty as prayed.

If any fresh Bail Application is filed before the Trial Court in the event of change in circumstances, the same be considered on its own merits and accordance with law.

Criminal Bail Application No. 4721 of 2024 is disposed of as withdrawn.
