Heard Mr. Chavan, learned Counsel for the Applicant and Mr. Mali, learned APP for the Respondent - State. 2.

It is the contention of Mr. Chavan, learned Counsel for the Applicant the Applicant is suffering from heart ailment. He is suffering from chest pain due to blockage of 90 percent which requires urgent surgery. Therefore, the Applicant be released on temporary bail. He points out the letter dated 19th November 2024 of Police Sub - Inspector, Shinhagad Road Police Station, Pune City, wherein it is specifically mentioned that the Applicant has been admitted in Sassoon Hospital, Pune.
