Ms. Yadav, learned APP would submit that notice will have to be issued to Respondent No. 2. In that view of the matter, issue notice to Respondent No. 2 returnable on 20.02.2025.

The IO shall serve the same through a lady police officer on Respondent No. 2 / her legal guardian and obtain consent if they desire to seek legal representation and apprise the Court through learned APP on the next adjourned date.
