The application is filed seeking regular bail in Crime No. 132 of 2024 registered with Sarkarwada Police Station, Nashik, for the offences punishable under sections 380, 457, 120(b), 201 r/w with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The applicant came to be apprehended on 14th May, 2024 in the aforesaid offence.

The role attributed to the Applicant is after the other co-accused executed the offence in question. The applicant facilitated the disposal of the motor-cycle used in the crime.

The applicant is already subjected to investigation and is chargesheeted. Neither there is any recovery nor history of the applicant of being involved in the similar type of offences. 6.

That being so, the application is allowed. Hence the following order:-

ORDER

i.

The Criminal Bail Application is allowed and disposed of.

ii.

The applicant is released on bail in connection with Crime No.132 of 2024 registered with Sarkarwada police station, Nashik on his furnishing PR Bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) with one solvent surety in the like amount.

iii.

The applicant/accused shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case, as also shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.

iv.

The applicant shall mark his attendance with the police station on first Monday of every month in the police station which would fall within the precinct of Nashik City police station.

v.

In case the trial is not attended on the two consecutive dates, the Trial Court is at liberty to take out proceedings for cancellation.
