This is an Application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') seeking Bail in connection with C.R. No.313 of 2021 registered with Shivajinagar Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 377 and 506 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 4, 5(l), 6, 13, 14 and 15 of of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (for short 'POCSO') 3.

Respondent No.2 has been served pursuant to order dated 21.11.2024 and father of victim is present in Court. He has persuaded the Court to appoint Advocate through legal aid to represent and espouse cause of Respondent No.2.

In this view of the matter, Advocate - Mr. Sudhanva S. Bedekar (Mobile No.9892036693) is appointed through the legal aid to represent and espouse the cause of Respondent. 5.

The High Court Legal Services Committee of this Court is directed to give appointment letter and papers of the matter to Advocate Mr. Sudhanva S. Bedekar forthwith in accordance with law to represent and espouse the cause of Respondent through the legal aid.
