Learned APP pointed out that notice issued to the Respondent No. 2 could not be served because she was not found at the given address. There is also remark in the farad sheet dated 10.07.2025. The Applicant is undertrial prisoner. His bail application cannot be kept pending for long period. Ultimately, the purpose of the joining of the victim is to give her opportunity of hearing. That can be served even by appointing some advocate to espouse her cause.

In view of that let Maharashtra Legal Services Authority to appoint, an advocate to represent the Respondent No. 2. The Applicant is directed to give necessary papers to appointed advocate.
