The learned APP submits that the trial is at the stage of recording the statement of accused under Section 313 of Cr.P.C. In that view of the matter, at present I am not inclined to entertain the present application. However, considering the fact that the applicant is in jail for five years, the trial Court shall endeavour to conclude the trial within a period of two months from today. 2.
