Mr. Taraq Sayed learned Advocate for the Applicant has circulated the present application on the ground of medical urgency. He states that the Applicant suffers from a heart ailment. He points out to page No.360 to show that the Applicant has medical issues.

Mr. Vinod Chate, learned APP for the state that the Investigation Officer will verify the medical condition of the Applicant and would obtain a medical report from the Jail Authorities. He states that the medical report will placed before this Court on the next date of hearing. He states that the matter can be thereafter, considered on the medical grounds.

Mr. Taraq Sayed, learned Advocate for the Applicant, agrees to the said course suggested by the learned APP. 4.

As the application is circulated on the ground of medical urgency, learned APP is requested to place the medical report of the Applicant on 02.07.2025.
