This is an application for regular bail.

The applicant came to be arrested in Crime No.273 of 2024 registered at Indapur Police Station, Pune for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B), 143, 147, 148, 149, 109, 201 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 (25) and 4(25) (27) of the Arms Act and Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act. 3.
It is the case of the prosecution that on the date of incident, which took place on 16.3.2024, the present applicant and other co-accused committed the murder of deceased on account of previous dispute.

I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent - State.

There is a reference of the present applicant in FIR lodged by the wife of the deceased, which was lodged on the basis of some video clip. During the course of investigation, the prosecution has collected the CCTV footage of the incident. There is no reference of the present applicant in the transcript of the said CCTV footage. There is no other incriminating material against the present applicant. In that view of the matter, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail. In the result, the following order is passed.

A] Bail Application is allowed.
B] The applicant be released on bail in C.R. No. 273 of 2024 registered at Indapur Police Station, Pune for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B), 143, 147, 148, 149, 109, 201 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3
(25) and 4(25) (27) of the Arms Act and Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act on furnishing P.R Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with one or two sureties in the like amount.
