Learned advocate for the applicant initiated his arguments stating that the Directorate of Enforcement, in its reply, has stated that there is no mens rea on the part of the applicant. However, upon perusal of the said reply, no such statement is found to have been made. It appears that the learned advocate for the applicant has made false statement before this Court.
