This is a third application moved by the applicant and the foremost ground being pressed on behalf of the applicant is that the trial is still pending while the applicant has undergone incarceration for almost 7 years. It is to be noted that the proceedings before the trial Court are time-bound as per earlier orders passed by this Court. The Roznama placed on record, shows the proceeding of the date 22nd October 2024. 2.

It would be appropriate that the applicant as well as the learned APP apprise this Court about what happened between by BIPIN DHARMENDER PRITHIANI Date: 2025.02.21 18:37:32 +0530 BIPIN DHARMENDER PRITHIANI October 2024 and February 2025 before the concerned Court in the pending trial. It would be appropriate that the learned APP places before this Court details of the number of witnesses examined till date, as also the number witnesses further proposed
