The learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application. He, however, submits that the trial may be expedited and in case the trial is not concluded within reasonable period liberty be granted to the applicant to file fresh bail.

Considering the facts that the applicant is in jail for more than two years and as the case is based on circumstantial evidence, the trial Court shall endeavour to decide the case within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In case the trial is not concluded by that time, liberty as sought is granted.
