This is an application for regular bail.

The applicant came to be arrested in Crime No. 413 of 2024 registered at Chakan Police Station, PimpriChinchwad for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 387, 323, 504, 506, 141, 143, 147, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, under Sections 3 and 7 of the Criminal Law Amendment Law Act and under Sections 37(1)(3) and r/w 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act.

I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant

and the learned APP for the respondent/State. 4.

According to the prosecution, on the date of incident which took place on 13.06.2024, the present applicant and the other co-accused came to A.P.M.C. Chakan with deadly weapons. It is alleged that they assaulted the complainant and witnesses and attempted commit their murder. 5.

I have perused the statement of complainant and injured witness Bhausaheb Gagare. They have not attributed any specific overt act to the present applicant. There are no other criminal antecedents against the present applicant.

Considering the overall facts and circumstances, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail. In the result, the following order is passed:

O R D E R

A] The Application is allowed.

B] The applicant be released on bail in Crime No. 413 of 2024 registered at Chakan Police Station, Pimpri-Chinchwad for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 387, 323, 504, 506, 141, 143, 147, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, under Sections 3 and 7 of the Criminal Law Amendment Law

Act and under Sections 37(1)(3) and r/w 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act, on furnishing P.R Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with one or two sureties in the like amount.

C] The applicant shall attend the concerned police station once in a month, i.e., on first Saturday between 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, till conclusion of the trial.

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
