Since the offences under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 are also registered against the applicant, liberty is granted to the applicant to add the victim as respondent by appropriately concealing her identity and address. The amendment be carried out within one week from today.

In view of the above, it is directed that notice shall be issued to the respondent (victim), returnable on 21.01.2025, High on Board. 4.

The newly added respondent shall be served through the investigating officer, for which purpose the applicant shall serve an additional set of papers on the investigating officer within one week from today.
