There are 13 bail applications listed today for consideration. After hearing the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APPs, this Court finds that as per circular dated 08.02.2024, only Bail Application Nos.4875 of 2024, 4884 of 2024 and 5148 of 2024 can be heard by this Court, as this Court granted bail to the co-accused persons concerning the FIR from which these bail applications emanate.

All the other bail applications concern other FIRs and therefore, they ought to be placed before the Court presently holding the assignment of considering such bail applications. 3.

In view of the above, list Bail Application Nos.4875 of 2024, 4884 of 2024 and 5148 of 2024 for further consideration on 20.01.2025, High on Board.
