Learned APP submits that in the order dated 30th January, 2025 passed by this Court, it is mentioned that "the application is allowed to be withdrawn", but the same submission was not made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP. 3.
Considering the submissions of both learned counsel, the order dated 30th January, 2025 is recalled.

It is contention of learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is behind bar for more than four years, yet charge has not been framed against the Applicant. Considering these facts, call report from the concerned Judge, why charge is not framed against the Applicant.

Registrar (Judicial) to communicate this order to the concerned Judge and call the report from the concerned Court. 6.
