Applicant is indicted under the provisions of IPC and POCSO Act. The age of the victim at the time of crime is 16 years. Ms. Roy, learned Advocate for Applicant has taken me through the facts of the present case.

Learned Advocate for Applicant shall serve a spare copy of the Bail Application to the Investigating Officer (IO). The IO shall serve the same through a lady police officer on Respondent No. 2 or her guardian and obtain consent if they desire to seek legal representation and apprise the Court through learned APP on the next adjourned date.
