At the outset, Learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to amend the application incorporating averments with regard to the antecedents of the Applicant.

At the request of the learned Counsel for the Applicant, stand over to 10th June 2026.

This Court has noticed that in spite of specific directions to the Registry to ensure that all the proceedings / applications are 28th April, 2026
10-BA-4900-2024.ODT placed before the Court, it is found that on an average at least in five cases the papers are not there. For this reason, the matters are required to be adjourned. Earlier requests were made to the learned Registrar (Judicial- I) to look into the matter and take appropriate action however there seems no improvement in the situation.

Hence the learned Registrar (Judicial-I) is directed to take action against all the concerned responsible for non-production of papers before this Court. Action report be placed within a period of one week from today.
