DATED : 10th JUNE, 2026 P.C. :- 1) The learned APP states that the prosecution will examine only four witnesses in this case. The case before the trial Court is fixed on 24th June, 2026 when the incharge APP will request the learned Judge to frame the charge. The Applicant is the father of the victim girl who was aged 14 years at the time of the incident.
2) In view thereof, learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Application with liberty to renew the prayer for bail after four months from 24th June, 2026 if the trial in the subject matter crime is not completed.
3) Leave to withdraw is granted.
4) Application stands disposed of as withdrawn, with aforesaid liberty.
