This is an application for regular bail.

The applicant came to be arrested in Crime No. 203 of 2024 registered at Dahiwadi Police Station, Dist-Satara for the offence punishable under Section 302 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The deceased was the brother of the present applicant. According to the prosecution, the deceased was addicted to liquor. He used to demand money from his parents to consume liquor. He was asking them to transfer immovable property in his name. It is alleged that fed up with his harassment on the date of the incident, which took place in the intervening night of 04.05.2024 and 05.05.2024 the present applicant and other co-accused assaulted the deceased and strangulated him.

I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent/State. 5.

The applicant appears to be married sister of the deceased. The main allegations are against the parents of the deceased. In that view of the matter, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail. In the result, the following order is passed:

O R D E R

A] The Application is allowed.

B] The applicant be released on bail in Crime No. 203 of 2024 registered at Dahiwadi Police Station, Dist-Satara for the offence punishable under Section 302 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on furnishing P.R Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with one or two sureties in the like amount.

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
