The present application has been filed on the ground of a compelling medical emergency. However, such an application ought to have been moved before the Sessions Court. As a matter of judicial propriety and hierarchy, the applicant is expected to approach the Sessions Judge prior to invoking the jurisdiction of this Court.

Considering the reasons assigned by the applicant, the same shall be considered by the Sessions Court as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law.
