On 4th August 2025, this Bail Application has been heard completely and as this Court was not inclined to grant bail, the matter is kept on 7th August 2025 to take instructions regarding withdrawal of the Bail Application. However, yesterday i.e. on 7th August 2025, Mr. Satyavrat Joshi, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submitted that the Applicant has suffered paralytic stroke and therefore he has been admitted in Sasoon General Hospital, Pune. He therefore submitted that the Applicant be released on bail on that ground.

Ms. Bhosale, learned APP today submitted papers concerning treatment given to the Applicant at Sasoon General Hospital,Pune. She states that she will file affidavit of the Doctor, who is treating the Applicant bringing on record the treatment which is being given to the Applicant as also the treatment which is proposed to be given to the Applicant.

However, Ms. Bhosale, learned APP and Ms. Pawar learned Counsel for the Respondent No.2 states that as the Applicant is having 19 antecedents and as the victim of the incident i.e. Respondent No.2 is apprehending danger to her life, bail be not granted even on the medical ground as the Applicant is getting medical treatment at Sasoon General Hospital, Pune. 4.

In view of these contentions, Affidavit-in-Reply of the Doctor treating the Applicant be filed on or before 13th August 2025 before 11.00 a.m.
