Mr. Chaitanya Mulawkar, learned Advocate for the Applicant states that he has recently being instructed to appear in the matter. He seeks time of four weeks to prepare and argue the matter. He submits that notice was issued to the Respondents on 4.12.2024. He submits that the copy for service on the Respondents is not furnished to the Registry. He, therefore, seeks extension of time of the returnable date. He undertakes to supply the spare copy within a period of one week from today. If such copy is furnished, issue fresh notice to the Respondent No.2, returnable on 8th August, 2024.
